Billing help
The workspace billing owner can run /pr-reminder billing to open Stripe’s Customer Portal. For an incorrect or duplicate charge, open a support request with the workspace name, invoice number, and charge date. We aim to respond to pilot requests within two business days.
Privacy and security
For a privacy-rights request or suspected security issue, open a support request asking for a private follow-up channel. Do not disclose vulnerability details, personal identification documents, tokens, or payment data in a public issue.
Share information safely
Helpful details include the Slack workspace name, GitHub repository name, pull-request URL, approximate event time, and the visible error message. Never send bot tokens, webhook secrets, API keys, private keys, passwords, full card numbers, or card security codes.
