1. Information we collect
- Slack workspace and user identifiers, display information, timezone, and app configuration.
- GitHub installation, repository, pull-request, reviewer, review-state, and related workflow metadata.
- Reminder schedules, delivery outcomes, snoozes, mutes, and operational diagnostics.
- Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, price, quantity, status, and amount/currency metadata. Review Relay does not store payment-card numbers.
- Information you submit when requesting pilot access or support.
2. How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure Review Relay, determine who owes the next review action, schedule messages in recipient working hours, manage entitlements and billing, prevent duplicate or abusive delivery, troubleshoot failures, and improve the service.
4. Retention and deletion
We retain operational information only as long as needed for the service, security, billing, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Product history is generally limited by the workspace plan. Removing repository access stops new processing for that repository, and uninstalling Review Relay begins the applicable cleanup process.
Some billing and audit records may be retained longer where required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, oppose, restrict, or obtain information about the processing of your personal data. In Mexico, this includes applicable ARCO rights. Workspace administrators can also remove repository access or uninstall the apps.
Submit a request through support. We may need to verify your identity and workspace authority before fulfilling a request.
6. Security and contact
Review Relay uses access controls, encrypted integration credentials, signed webhook verification, minimized event retention, and operational monitoring. No service can guarantee absolute security; please report suspected issues promptly and never include secrets in a public report.
Privacy questions and requests can be started through the Review Relay support page.
