1. Pricing and quantity
The website displays Team pricing as $3 USD per selected active developer per month, with no fixed monthly minimum during the pilot. This is a reference price for global comparison.
The canonical Stripe price is MX$60 per selected active developer per month. Stripe may localize the amount and currency. The final recurring amount, quantity, and currency displayed before you confirm Checkout control your subscription.
You select the subscription quantity during Checkout. Review Relay records that quantity as the workspace seat cap and does not increase it automatically. The billing owner is notified when active usage reaches the cap. Applicable taxes may be added.
2. Trial and automatic renewal
If Checkout offers a trial, the first charge occurs when the trial ends unless you cancel first. After that, the subscription renews monthly and Stripe charges the payment method on file. Sandbox transactions are tests and do not move real money.
3. Cancellation
The workspace billing owner can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal available from Review Relay’s billing command. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then. Cancel before a trial ends to avoid the first charge.
Deleting Slack or GitHub access does not automatically cancel an active Stripe subscription. Use the billing portal or contact support.
4. Refunds
Because Review Relay is a digital subscription, paid fees are generally non-refundable and we do not automatically provide prorated refunds for unused time. We will review requests submitted within seven calendar days of the first paid charge, as well as duplicate charges, billing errors, and service failures attributable to Review Relay.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing times and currency conversion can affect when the credit appears and the final converted amount. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
5. Billing questions and disputes
Please contact Review Relay support before filing a chargeback so we can investigate. Include the workspace name, Stripe invoice number, charge date, and a description—but never provide a full card number, security code, API key, or repository secret.
